This August, the Sole Summit Sneaker Convention will be held in Deerfield for any sneaker enthusiasts and collectors interested in checking out the wide range of shoes, vintage clothes, and collectibles sold by convention vendors.
The Sole Summit Sneaker Convention is a popular marketplace in Chicagoland that specializes in shoes but also promotes collectible items. The convention moves around to different venues in the Chicagoland area, and this year its home will be The Berto Center in Deerfield. Once the Chicago Bulls' practice area, the Berto Center facility runs year-round basketball programs for girls and boys and rents out to the space to special event programming, such as the Sole Summit Sneaker Convention.
Attendees will enjoy perusing the stalls of up to 100 vendors selling thousands of sneakers, along with vintage clothing and hip streetwear. There will be TCG and sports cards vendors available to buy from, trade with, or sell to. Collectible figurines and coins will be represented as well. Guests will also have the chance to participate in exclusive drops and giveaways.
