Deerfield women will have the opportunity to attend Dear Future Self: The Self-Love Experience next month, a workshop designed to help women on their self-healing journeys.
Jenny Grass D’Agostino and Margaret Kujawa will lead the six-hour intensive workshop. D’Agostino is a self-healing mentor, while Kujawa serves as a wealth mindset mentor. Together, they will guide the class through techniques to help individuals regain control of their life, heal from their past, and learn to love themselves. The workshop is designed for women 16 years and older who wish to embark on a new chapter in their lives but need some help doing so.
The class will delve into how to heal one’s inner self and dismantle emotional barriers holding the individual back. D’Agostino will discuss the benefits of healing one’s inner child and connecting with one’s future self. Kujawa will help women identify and clear their financial mental blocks and guide them through how to assert their agency, building a better legacy for their children and family.
