Deerfield BBQ class to hone grilling skills
BBQ Pro Shop in Northbrook will host the Backyard Heros Class next month should anyone in the Deerfield and Northbrook area be interested in leveling up their grilling techniques.
BBQ Pro Shop is a chain of grilling and BBQ supplies stores born out of a passion for grilling and barbecue smoking. The stores offer high-quality, premium grade spices and accessories that any grill master will appreciate. The business also features sauces and rubs to complement grilled and smoked meats and even hosts special workshops and classes to teach pitmaster techniques and grilling skills.
The Backyard Heros Class will draw from years of experience from grilling masters to teach attendees how to become a backyard hero and impress family and friends at the next backyard BBQ. Topics covered will include meat selection, trimming, brining and injection, seasoning, fire management, and sauces. Snacks and refreshments will be provided, and there will be raffles of grilling supplies such as charcoal, wood chunks, bags of pellets, and racks of ribs.
