BellaRu Catering in the Highland Park and Deerfield area will hold the Valentine's Day Cooking Class event next month, for any lovebirds interested in a romantic activity.
BellaRu Catering is a local catering company that specializes in multicultural cuisine and pre-planned Menus and dinners using authentic ingredients. The company offers family-style catering, plated meals, Russian table service, buffet service, and butlered buffet. BellaRu also offers a variety of guided cooking classes for interested customers, such as the Valentine’s class happening in February.
The class will appeal specifically to couples looking for a uniquely romantic activity to do together in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Expert cook Maya will lead the session, which will include cooking five different dishes. These dishes will be Shrimp Scampi, Flank Steak stuffed with spinach, cheese, garlic, onions, and peppers, as well as Parmesan Duchess Potatoes, pesto asparagus, and chocolate mousse with champagne-soaked raspberry anglaise.
