Special guest to host Peachtree City Easter celebration

April showers bring May flowers, and for residents of Peachtree City, the month will also bring a day filled with fun for the whole family, provided it is able to go ahead.

The Peachtree City Fire Department and the local chapter of the Optimist Club will be hosting an East Egg Hunt. Along with searching for the brightly coloured eggs, local kids can enjoy a variety of activities, and parents are reminded to be ready to take lots of photos of all the excitement.

The kids at the event will be invited to take part in the egg hunts, and these will be divided by age group. Both the Easter Bunny and his good friend Sparky the Fire Dog well meet and play with the attendees, and a bouncy house, slide, and fire truck will give the little ones plenty of ways to burn off some energy.

While the children play and have fun, the adults in the crowd can mingle and socialize. This community gathering is open to all who are interested, and it is free to take part. Stationery printers can prepare activity sheets, egg hunt maps, and even a festive banner for this sort of occasion.

The Easter Bunny and Sparky the Fire Dog will be welcoming Peachtree City families for this morning of fun on April 11. Scheduled to be held in Shakerag Knoll Park, it would be advisable to keep an eye on the website to make sure it is going ahead.
