A Fayette Chamber of Commerce initiative known as StartUp Fayette will be hosting an event at Everbowl Peachtree City titled "Systems at Scale", featuring Aaron Wright, a local business coach.
Wright will lead attendees in how best to avoid the pitfalls that sometimes occur as business grow. Subjects will include how to create simple repeatable processes, identify owner-dependent bottlenecks, and building consistency to avoid having to “put out fires” daily.

A business coach since 2023 with ActionCOACH Peachtree, Aaron Wright helps businesses achieve sustainable growth. He is a past U.S. Congressional Campaign Manager and is currently serving on the City of Fayetteville board. Wright is also an IRONMAN triathlete.
Attendees can expect to learn the practical tools that will enable them to scale their business without damaging it. Designed for small business owners and entrepreneurs within Fayette County, as well as the surrounding region, regardless of whether they are solo operators doing their initial hiring or those already well established with a growing team requiring more structure.
Attendees will be able to purchase food at this two-hour event. Registration is open with the admission charge for Chamber members being $10 and $15 for non-members. This event takes place 5 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday, August 18.
