A Peachtree City event that will give the public an opportunity to experience a step back in time has been rescheduled to the fall.
Likely to be particularly fun and informative for history buffs, the Commemorative Air Force Dixie Wing will be hosting its 16th Annual World War II Heritage Days in a couple of months, and it will be a step back in time for all ages. It will be a community celebration, and give the attendees a chance to see, hear, and touch history.
A variety of World War II era vehicles will be on display, and there will also be re-enactors in period uniforms. Vintage aircraft will be on the field, and a variety of authors will also be in attendance. As veterans will be the guests of honor, it will provide a way for the public to learn from people who lived through the conflict, making this a valuable opportunity for the community.
When planning a special occasion like this, the organizers often want to use period-style decor. A poster printing company can prepare everything from World War II-style Posters and leaflets, to Banners, bunting, and even Promotional Products.
Peachtree City’s World War Two Heritage Days has been rescheduled to September 12 and 13. The CAF Dixie Wing Historical Airpower Facility Falcon Filed will be the venue for the event.
