Dogs and their human are invited to be the guests of honor at an upcoming Peachtree City event.
The PTC Dog Park has plans in the works for its first Canine Carnival and Halloween Party, and all dog owners in the area are encouraged to take part. The current schedule is for it to run for four hours, and there is a variety of activities on the agenda.
Along with a chance for pooches to strut their stuff in a Halloween costume, the function will offer an assortment of vendors and dog owners a chance to connect, and a variety of products and services will be on display. It is hoped that the local police K9 unit will be on hand to provide a demonstration of the animals’ skills, and dog trainers may also be in attendance, offering care and training tips. Additional details will be released as the plans for the occasion firm up.
An outing like this may be a good fundraising idea for a community service organization. Printers will be able to supply Corporate Gifts such as dog bandanas, flying disks and collars printed with a special graphic design to sell during the event.
The first Canine Carnival and Halloween Party will offer a barking good time this Sunday, October 24 at PTC Dog Park. Anyone who would like to reach out to the organizers with questions or suggestions is asked to contact the planners at ptcdogpark@gmail.com.
