Peachtree City hosts licensing classes

Metro Brokers Academy is providing real estate pre-license classes to those living in and around Peachtree City, Georgia.

To become a real estate agent in Georgia, individuals must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent. They must also complete a 75-hour salesperson’s pre-license course and score 72% or higher on the state exam. Those who wish to attend the classes must register early as there are limited spaces available.

Tickets cost $399 and include a textbook. There will be no refunds once class has started and each person will be required to wear a mask. A cram course will be offered at a cost of $70 to review the provided material and make up for missed classes.

Brochure printing is a great way for event organizers to provide information to participants at events such as these.

Classes will start on Monday, March 14, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. The cram course will be held on Saturday, April 9 and Sunday, April 10. The final exam will take place on Tuesday, April 12.
