Peachtree City hosts a charity sport event

A charitable sports tournament is set to be held in Peachtree City this November.

The "Peanut Butter" Pickleball Tournament will feature matches of pickleball. During the event, members of the community will get active for a good cause. The event’s name emerged as a request of organizers that patrons bring a jar of peanut butter to donate in exchange for raffle tickets.

The event will feature round-robin and medal matches. Each game will be tailored to team sizes. Teams larger than three members will play the medal matches. Those teams with less than three members will play round-robin. The event is ideal for those playing at the knowledgeable beginner or the intermediate level.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Midwest Food Bank. They specialize in offering food to underserved residents.

Graphic design can be used to design shirts that differentiate teams at events such as these.

The cost for registration will be $60. Registration options and details are available through the event’s listing on the organizer’s website, and guests who wish for a refund must indicate this by November 6. There will be a $15 fee for registration cancellations.

This event takes place on November 18 and 19 at the Flat Creek Country Club. This is located at 100 Flat Creek Road, Peachtree City, Georgia, and the games will begin at 8am each day.
