Peachtree City has invited one and all to be part of a special celebration that will mark the start of the holiday season. It will be filled with activities and fun, and a special guest may just decide to stop by for a live appearance.
The city will be getting the season off to a festive start with an evening that will include its official tree lighting and lots of other excitement. It has been made possible through the support of the area’s business and not-for-profit community, and everyone is welcome.
The celebration, which will be held in Drake Field, will inclusive entertainment, and a holiday village will be set up for those who would like to do a little bit of browsing and buying. The kids can decorate cookies and make some s’mores, and Santa will make a grand appearance in his sleigh. The switch will be thrown on the lights of the community tree, and there will be lots more to see and do.
