A Peachtree City camp that offers some out-of-this-world fun is accepting registrations, and the experience that will combine making new discoveries with enjoying the day.
The campers in the session will enjoy an introduction to the STEM subjects through an assortment of hands-on activities. It will be running for five days, and each will be a full day for the kids.
The participants in this summer day camp will engage in a variety of experiments that will give them an introduction to space and how it is being explored. They will build a telescope, use a star finder and prepare a set of solar glasses, and it is intended for youngsters who are from prekindergarten to kindergarten age level.
Parents and caregivers who need to have the day extended are welcome to register their son or daughter for the pre-camp and post-camp sessions, and there will be an additional fee charged for this service. The registration price for the camp itself is $295, and a discount is available when more than one boy or girl is registered at the same time. T-Shirts can make great uniforms for both the campers and staff in this sort of activity, and a printing services company will be able to craft them in whatever style is desired.
