Residents of Newnan are invited to head to Chattahoochee Hills to pay a visit to a local organic farm that helps to put fresh vegetables, flowers, and herbs on the tables of households throughout the area.
Serenbe Farms will be opening its gates to members of the public who would like to learn more about where their food comes from. Tickets for this experience are $10 each, and all ages are welcome to participate in the activity.
The group of visitors will be invited to mingle and get to know one another before the tour of the property starts promptly at 1:30 pm. The guests will discover how the growers at the certified organic farm are able to use sustainable methods to plant, grow, and harvest over 300 cultivars and varieties of produce, which amounts to more than 60,000lb of food each year.
When they arrive at Serenbe Farm for their tour, visitors can park at either the main entrance or the neighborhood gate, which is located on Serenbe Lane. Postcards, fridge magnets and T-Shirts are just a few of the Promotional Products that can be offered to those who come to an event like this, providing a memento of their day.
This local organic farm will be welcoming visitors on March 20. The tour takes approximately one hour.
