Unique beverage brand coming to Snellville area

The British café Bubbleology is coming later this month to the Mall of Georgia, located in Buford, a short distance from Snellville.

According to Assad Khan, founder of Bubbleology, the first café was opened in Soho, London and people were very responsive to the brand and the authentic taste of their offerings. Bubble tea is very popular in many parts of the world starting in London and expanding to Dubai, Switzerland, Russia, the Slovak and Czech Republics and many more.

Bubbleology's beverage is milk tea and fruit flavored using a base of freshly-brewed red, white or green tea. Teas can be served either cold or hot and there is an option to add a pearl of bob, which is a chewy, natural tapioca ball that sits at the bottom of the beverage.

There are 12 milk teas on the menu of Bubbleology, including papaya, coconut, mocha and almond, and 10 fruit teas, including kiwi, white peach and ginger. Teas can also be customized to suit individual flavors. There are also specialty drinks such as Cookies and Cream and the British Banoffee Pie.

In preparation for its debut in the Snellville area, which includes the Mall of Georgia and Lenox Square in Atlanta, the company will be offering various “tea pop-ups” and most likely trying to spread the word through Print media such as Flyers and mailers.
