NYT Bestsellers to appear in Decatur
Readers have an opportunity to meet New York Times bestselling authors Rebecca Ross and Rachel Griffin at Little Shop of Stories this February.
The event will feature a discussion of Griffin’s latest fantasy novel, The Sun and the Starmaker. The event will be moderated by Ross and will offer attendees insight into the story and the creative process.
Set in the snowy Lost Range, the book follows Aurora Finch, who discovers latent magical abilities and is drawn to the mysterious Starmaker. As she navigates his icebound castle, Aurora must uncover secrets to save her village from a deadly frost, blending romance, adventure, and enchantment.
Event organizers emphasize that photography is not allowed. Attendees may purchase signed copies of The Sun and the Starmaker through the store, as Rebecca Ross will not be doing signings during the event. Limited signed editions of Griffin’s previous works, including A River Enchanted Deluxe Collector’s Edition and Wild Reverence, will also be available.
Tickets are free for general admission. Admission plus a signed book is $19.99. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
