This October, LANDLOCKED 9, the annual oyster and barbecue festival, will take place at Legacy Park. It will combine food, drinks, entertainment, and a charitable focus.
Hosted by Oyster South, the event will support southern oyster farming and local waterway conservation while offering attendees a taste of regional cuisine.
The festival includes unlimited food and beverage samples, a live auction, raffles, and a Rock Paper Scissors contest for a Big Green Egg grill. Guests will have access to unique Landlocked and Oyster South merchandise. Attendees will also meet oyster farmers and chefs from across the Southeast. Participants will represent cities such as Atlanta, Savannah, New Orleans, Memphis, and Charleston.
The festival will feature over 50 chefs and numerous shellfish suppliers, showcasing sustainable farming practices alongside culinary expertise.
Tickets are restricted to four per order. General admission is $175, and VIP tickets, which provide early access at 3 pm, are $250. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event. Additional information and ticket details can be found through the Eventbrite listing. Information on checking in and arrival will be provided to the public as the date draws closer.
