Announcing its holiday offerings available throughout December, the Cremalosa Holiday Marketplace in Decatur is promoting its fresh and frozen baked items, plus an affogato bar, seasonal flavors of gelato, and a patio complete with a fire pit.
The marketplace is open and among its many offerings are mini pies, cinnamon buns, holiday cookie bars, and distinctive holiday-themed gelato cakes. For Thanksgiving, maple mascarpone gelato-filled hummingbird cakes will be available, along with mini pumpkin pies for purchase. These are first come, first served until Wednesday, November 24.

The gelateria now has in-house limited amounts of holiday gelato in flavors like orange vanilla, gingersnap, spice cake, and maple mascarpone, which can also be pre-ordered online. Items that can be ordered from Creamalosa from December 1-23 include cinnamon buns, mini pecan pies, peppermint fudge brownies, and gelato spice cakes with vanilla, orange filling. A new gelato flavor, chocolate peppermint, will debut this December.
Creamalosa can be found at the Cortland Decatur East Apartments on the plaza level and features an extensive patio that offers plenty of space to enjoy orders in an al fresco setting. To find the business go to Suite B-3 at 2657 E. College Avenue, Decatur. Store hours are 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
