Hollis Cobb Associates, an accounts receivable management company, is moving its regional headquarters into the Gwinnett Place Community Improvement district (CID), of which Snellville is a part.
It will be located at the Satellite Place property in a building of 27,000 square feet in area. Hundreds of new jobs, in addition to the 160 it already has in the Gwinnett County, will be brought into the County as a result of this expansion. In addition, Stationery printers in the area may also be busy creating new items for the company.
According to Greg Hocutt, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hollis Cobb, by being in Gwinnett Place, the company will be able to build on its strategy of being in locations where quality employees with a customer service mind can be found.
According to Governor Nathan Deal, a new services center of Kaiser Permanente will also be open in the Gwinnett Place CID later this year and will add another 800 jobs in the County.
Joe Allen, Executive Director of the Gwinnett Place CID, said that companies like Kaiser Permanente and Hollis Cobb moving into Gwinnett Place is a testament to it being somewhere businesses can make investments and grow their companies. Jones Lang LaSalle, a commercial real estate agency, added that the quality of life in Gwinnett also plays an important role in companies setting up here.
