Universal Studios soon-to-open restaurant reveals menu items

Universal Studios in Orlando continues to grow with a new resort, Surfside Inn and Suites, set to open soon. Recently Universal revealed the menu for a restaurant within the resort, The Beach Break Café.

Universal, in partnership with Lowes Hotels, announced that the Surfside Inn is the first phase of what is known as the Endless Summer Resort. The resort is built on land that was formerly home to Wet ‘n Wild, which was also owned by Universal Studios. Print shops are likely busy helping with printing services to create colorful Menus, Brochures and Promotional Products.

Using California Menus for inspiration, the beach themed restaurant created dishes which use popular food truck, barbecue and surfside themes. The restaurant will serve three meals a day for the convenience of those staying at the resort.

Breakfast items will include breakfast pizza and a variety of breakfast sandwiches. Lunch will entice with SoCal Cobb salad, Panini’s and Italian Ciabatta. Guests can finish off their meals with a tasty tropical alcoholic beverage all created with beach themed names such as Tidal Wave and Surf Board.

The second phase of the resort, The Dockside segment, is scheduled to open in 2020. With the expansions, universal studios now has approximately 9,000 hotel rooms at their various sites. The Surfside Inn is the first Universal site located on east side of I-4.

The resort is set to open on June 27th.
