The Crayola Experience has recently opened in Orlando, offering over 70,000 square feet of adventures and more than 20 hands-on activities for the young and old alike.
The event is designed to be a full-day outing that enables creative play. It is open throughout the year with prices for general admission and annual passes. It can also host group outings, birthday parties, educational field trips, and special events.
Some of the activities include watching crayons being made in a live theatre starring the animated crayons Scarlet and Turk, as well as seeing crayons being melted into different shapes.
Pictures can be colored in by children and then displayed on the big digital screen, along with an animation of the creations. According to Kelly Anne Suarez of Crayola Experience, this four-dimensional attraction enables art to be brought to life. Selfies can be taken along with the pictures as a memento of the coloring experience.
There is also drip art and clay modeling, as well as the ability to personalize an authentic crayon label for a self-created crayon. Meanwhile, Café Crayola offers a wide range of food items for purchase, and the Crayola Store is selling one-of-a-kind Crayola souvenirs are also part of the attraction.
The Crayola Experience might work with flyer printers on a booklet about the many attractions it offers, and how people can plan their day of activities.
