The Lees Vista Promenade, a newly developed shopping center three miles north of the Orlando International Airport, will become the home of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews. This will be the company’s fourth location in Central Florida.
There are many other entertainment venues, shops, and eateries at the Promenade, all of which have created 300 permanent jobs for those that live in and around Orlando. Other retail establishment at the shopping that will be opening in the near future include Home Goods, Petco and Michaels.
Another restaurant, The Stubborn Mule, has also recently opened in downtown Orlando. It is located on the ground floor of the Sanctuary Condominium complex in 3,200 square feet of space once used by Sonoma Kitchen.
According to local real estate broker, Bobby Palta, the RusTeak Group, of which The Stubborn Mule is a concept, purchased Sonoma Kitchen, kept those members of the staff who wanted to continue working in the new venue, and then reopened as the new restaurant.
The menu includes soups, sandwiches, flatbreads, burgers, and a range of entrees. Palta said that the restaurant is currently undergoing a transition from the old concept to the new one, with new furniture, branding, Menus, and signage, for which they will no doubt require the services of some form of printing company to help them create.Get a Free Quote for Menus
