Townhomes community comes to Orlando

Alora by Toll Brothers, Inc., the leading builder of luxury homes in the country, is coming soon to Orlando in the Lake Nona area.

This community will have 125 luxury townhomes. Currently underway is sitework for the community and the designs for the homes have been released with square footage up to 2,037 square feet across three floors and options for guest suites on the first floor and flexible spaces.

On-site amenities will feature a fitness center, pool, community garden, water park, fire pit, outdoor barbeque, dog park, playground with splash zone, volleyball court, and walking trails.

The community is near Centerline Drive and Luminary Boulevard with close access to premier dining, shopping, and recreation that includes Lake Nona, Boxi Park, and Beacon Lake. Across the street is the future Poitras Park development, which will have additional recreational amenities and green space. The community is within the Orange County School District, which includes the new Luminary Middle School which is on site.

Division President of Toll Brothers in Central Florida, Brock Fanning, said that the new Alora community will offer residents a newly built townhome and an on-site middle school in the highly desirable area of Lake Nona.

The community is expected to open for sale in late spring of this year.
