Orlando serves up festive holiday meals

One of the best ways to enjoy the holiday season is to have brunch at one of the many restaurants in the Orlando area, and Banner printing companies are no doubt helping some of the local eateries promote their festive offerings.

At Disney’s Grand Floridian Hotel, a ‘Supercalifragilistic’ breakfast buffet is served, providing food and fun for the entire family. Mary Poppins visits each table and kids can enjoy Mickey waffles, while adults can indulge in omelets, sushi, and prime rib. There is also an elegant Christmas tree, a life-sized gingerbread house, and piano music in the lobby.

The Grand Bohemian Hotel serves a Jazz brunch on Sundays with a lavish buffet and a la carte eggs benedict, bananas foster, and crab cakes. On Christmas and New Year’s Day, a raw bar with seasonal seafood, unlimited mimosas, a carving station, and favorites of breakfast and dessert are added to the menu. The Grand Bohemian Gallery features works by artists both from the local area and around the world.

At the Gaylord Palms Hotel in Kissimmee, two million pounds of ice have been used to create a wonderland for snow tubing, strolling, and sliding down the ice, after which a traditional breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room with a Mediterranean flair. At the Sunday brunch, couscous, seafood paella, pastas made to order, and Kalamata olive bread are served along with table-side sangria.
