The Integra Cove Apartments in Orlando have recently been purchased by The Praedium Group, a national real estate investment firm based in New York, for a price of $60.4m.
Principal of The Praedium Group, Chris Hughes, made the announcement about the apartment complex, which is one of the newest developments in Orange County.
Major attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal are within minutes of Integra Cove. As over 100,000 employees already work at these attractions and they all plan to expand in the future, the apartment complex is in an ideal location. There are other major centers of employment close by, including The Mall at Millenia, which is the center business district of Orlando and the second largest convention center in the United States.
The interior of the units features ceilings that are 9 to 10 feet in height, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full-sized washers and dryers. Grilling stations, a 24-hour fitness studio, a dog park, and a saltwater pool are among the community amenities at the property.
According to an Associate of The Praedium Group, Lindsay Schuckman, Orlando is one of the America’s most valuable apartment rental markets, with a five percent annual rent growth in the past five years, making these apartments highly desirable.
The Praedium Group might benefit from the assistance of a local printing company to advertise the main features of the property with Flyers and other materials.
