Handcrafted pizza restaurant comes to Orlando

Last week, Pie Five Pizza opened its first diner in Orlando, situated one mile west of the University of Central Florida.

This is the restaurant’s third outlet in the state and introduces its handcrafted, personalized pizzas that are baked to order. The restaurant always aims to prepare its pizzas in five minutes or less, which is the reason for the word ‘Five’ in its name.

People who make a visit to the restaurant can select from one of its own recipes or choose their own combination of crust, sauces, and toppings. According to owner of the restaurant, Gale Lemerand, Pie Five is responding to consumer demand for artisan pizza and fresh dining options in environments that are more stylish with reduced waiting times.

Half of the sales from pre-opening training events will be donated to Knight-Thon, the Dance Marathon at the University of Central Florida and its largest philanthropy run by students. This contribution will help the group to continue its efforts on campus and in the community, while also providing support for Greater Orlando Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Companies offering various printing services are likely to benefit from the opening of the new store, as Flyers and Posters can be printed to not only feature the shop, but also the work the students are doing for the children of Orlando.
