The Center for Dental Anesthesia in Orlando recently welcomed a new general practitioner.
Kyle Duffy, DMD, is joining his father Dr. Lawrence Duffy in providing dental care to a practice that has been in the city since 1985. Most likely, Dr. Lawrence Duffy is turning to a variety of printing services to announce the addition of his son to the practice to both existing and potential patients in the community.
In 2010, Dr. Kyle Duffy completed a Master’s degree in Molecular and Microbiology at the University of Central Florida, and then attended Midwestern University in Phoenix to fulfill the requirements for his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After his graduation from dental school, he returned to Orlando to join his father at his practice. His fiancée is a physical therapist and both are working on increasing their base of patients in Central Florida.
Kyle Duffy will be performing many complex dental procedures, including root canals, cosmetic restorations, full mouth rehabilitations, and the treatment of gum disease. He will then go through training in general anesthesia and sedation dentistry and will be able to offer sedation options for those patients who require them for dental procedures, such as those who have dental anxiety or special needs. Both dentists have contributed to the Threshold Center for Autism in Central Florida.
