Wilmington to host bridal expo

The Delaware Bridal & Wedding Expo is taking place in Wilmington this winter.

The expo will include a large selection of wedding vendor exhibitors, food and cake samples, photo booths, and a photo gallery space featuring different photographers. Makeup artists will be offering free makeup trials at the Glam Bar, and florists and decor experts will be showing off their work in the centerpiece and table scape pavilion. Exhibitors often use banner printing services to display their names and logos at this type of event.

Two designers are hosting fashion shows. These are Jbridedesigns, which is an online seller offering made-to-order gowns in a wide range of sizes, and Maison Noire Bridal, which is a new local boutique that focuses on providing a personalized experience by booking one appointment at a time. Exhibitors will also be giving away prizes like gift cards and spa services. Lists of participating businesses by category are available online.

The event is free for those who register online and $10 per group at the door. One pass covers the bride or groom and any guests they bring to the expo. Parking is free. Information for businesses interested in exhibiting is available on the Bridal & Wedding Expo website.

The expo is scheduled for Sunday, February 15th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington.
