Wilmington New Year includes young and old
Both old and young here Wilmington will be celebrating the new year with a New Year’s Eve Celebration and a Confetti Countdown.
Starting at 8:00 pm, the Docklands Riverfront New Year’s Eve celebration will begin ringing in the new year. The venue will have both indoor bar and outdoor patio bar for celebration options Entertainment will include two live bands – It’s All Good and The Benderz, and DJs Kardiair and B-Lee.
General admission will include valet parking, a dinner buffet, open bar, photo booth, favors, and a champagne toast at midnight. This reservation does not include guaranteed seating.
Two preferred seating options are available. Preferred Dining Room seating comes with all the general admission amenities but reserves seating for the entire evening plus table service. Preferred Lounge seating reserves all-night seating in one of the outside lounges.
New Year’s Eve at Docklands Riverfront will take place Sunday, December 31st to Monday, January 1, 2024, at 1:00 am, at 110 S West Street.
Presented by M&T Bank, a Confetti Countdown will be at the Delaware Children’s Museum. Entertainment will be provided by Pinky the Puppet and We Kids Rock. A confetti release will occur at each of the three half-hour sessions. NYE Confetti Countdown will be at 10:00 am, 11:00 am and noon on December 31st at 550 Justison Street.
Pictures taken at adult as well as children’s New Year’s Eve events often go to stationery printers to be added to family yearly calendars.
