New president hired at Greenwich hospital

Robert Blenderman, PA, MBA, has been hired by Greenwich Hospital as its new executive director and president.

Such new appointments often require business card printing services.

Blenderman has over 20 years of experience in administrative and clinical healthcare, and is in a good position to advance the commitment of the hospital to offering an exceptional patient experience and drive its strategic vision.

He was previously senior vice president at White Plains Hospital, where he ran initiatives to improve the capacity of inpatients. The result was growth of the hospital as well as expansion of the footprint of the campus and its ambulatory services. Prior to that position, he was chief operating officer of New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist and chief operating officer of New York Presbyterian Queens.

Blenderman expressed his excitement about joining Greenwich Hospital, which he said is an advanced and caring institution, and has a reputation for providing high-quality patient-centric care. He added that he is looking forward to using his experience to strengthen the patient experience and grow key clinical services.

The chair of the Greenwich Hospital Board of Trustees, W. Robert Berkley, Jr., expressed his delight in welcoming a leader with the knowledge and ability of Blenderman to the hospital. He added his confidence that Blenderman’s strategic vision, leadership skills, and experience will enable the clinical growth plan of the hospital to be expedited.
