New Pilates studio to come to Greenwich

Brooks Pilates will be opening this month inside the Glenville Shopping Center on Glenville Street, Greenwich.

The owner is Sarah Brooks and the opening of this studio marks a return to Greenwich for her. She had opened a studio six years ago in the town.

Brooks Pilates, based in New York City, offers semi-private classes in the studio, offering personalized attention and also fostering group motivation. Private sessions are also offered for one-on-one attention to ensure maximized results and proper form. Additionally, virtual sessions are available for personalized workouts and real-time feedback. More details about such classes and offerings can be covered with brochure printing.

Brooks said that this will be a brand new studio. She added that her last studio closed when a partnership ended and since then she has become a better person and business owner, and was able to open a successful and thriving Pilates community in New York City. Talking about this new location in Greenwich, she explained that is about expanding her vision rather than starting all over again, and that she wants to “plant new roots.”

Several new tenants have joined the shopping center recently, including Green & Tonic, which opened last month; Longford's Ice Cream, which recently held a grand opening; and Luca's Pizzeria and Italian Kitchen, which opened last year.
