Holiday season comes to Greenwich

Greenwich will be holding its annual Holiday Stroll for the 12th consecutive year.

This year’s stroll will take place over a period of 24 days, with a new event for each day, and will take a virtual format with holiday shopping and dining for everyone. Such special events are often promoted throughout a region with poster printing.

Each day, there will be a video highlighting a different restaurant or retail store throughout the Village of Old Greenwich, downtown Greenwich, Cos Cob, Glenville, Byram, and Riverside. The 100 merchants who have signed up to participate in this event will be sharing their gift ideas, holiday merchandise, signatures dishes, and celebratory cocktails through engaging videos. These will be streamed through the digital and multimedia platforms of the Greenwich Holiday Stroll website, the Greenwich Holiday Stroll YouTube channel, and other media partner platforms.

Restauranteurs and local retailers will be able to connect with residents, offering online ordering, curbside pickup options, and delivery of items ranging from holiday décor to trending fashions. There will be virtual tours, mixology classes, and cooking demonstrations, offering ways to entertain small holiday gatherings.

Premier sponsors of this event include Connecticut Magazine, Fairfield County Business Journal, News 12 CT, and Greenwich Magazine. It is produced by TMK Event Marketing, LLC.

The Holiday Stroll will last from Tuesday, December 1 through Thursday, December 24.
