The Double R Restaurant Group will be opening one of its upscale restaurants, Another Broken Egg Café, on Woodruff Road in Greenville later this month.
Stuart Ottinger will own and operate the restaurant, which will serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The restaurant will be open seven days a week from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The menu items of the restaurant include a wide range of egg dishes, including omelets, skillets, and benedicts, as well as salads, burgers, and specialty brunch items, such as shrimp and grits. In addition to traditional beverages, there are mimosas and house-infused Bloody Marys.
The chain of Another Broken Egg Café restaurants was established in 1996 and aims to stand out from other restaurants of the same nature. The dishes it serves use fresh ingredients and each location is designed to make patrons feel at home, with outlets aiming for friendly service and comfortable surroundings.
There are 36 locations across the United States, primarily in South and Southwest, with plans afoot to expand to the Midwest and establish 100 more locations within the next four years.
