Residents of Enfield can look forward to an action-packed kick-off event for the winter season.
The town will host the Winter Speedfest, a patron-oriented event. It features high-speed motors on an off-road course, all vying for the title of champion. All skill levels are welcome to enter and enjoy the journey and experience of racing in a competitive environment.
Official entry into the event will come with personalized driving lessons leading up to the day of the event. There are various vehicles available for competitors to choose from, including buggies and trucks. All options and models are listed on the event’s online listing. There will be trophies awarded to the top three performers of each category.
The event is put on by RC Madness, a local hub for hobby racing, as well as stock racing vehicles. It welcomes members of the Enfield community for a day of engagement and fun activities.
The cost for entry to the competition will be $35. This guarantees access to the first driving classes, while subsequent lessons will attract a fee of $10.
