Enfield’s Allied Community Services will be raising money this March with a special St. Patrick’s Day-themed edition of its Designer Purse Bingo event.
Participants will donate money and receive a booklet of bingo cards. Winning cards will receive purses and handbags from popular designers. Visitors can also enter raffles or receive extra cards for additional donations. Groups that purchase eight or more admissions at once can receive free Booklets.
The event will also feature St. Patrick’s Day décor and activities. Visitors are welcome to wear green clothes or traditional Irish garb. The event will be hosted by DJ Mark Veilleux. The Designer Purse Bingo fundraiser has become a popular format for fundraisers in Edina, with Allied Community Programs running a similar event last year, and the DKDS Booster Club holding their own last October.
Proceeds from Designer Purse Bingo will go towards Allied Community Services, a nonprofit organization which has supported individuals in the Enfield area for over 60 years. The group operates housing services, day programs, recreational activities and more. Charitable events like this often use speakers and brochure printing to help convey the good that donations can do.
The 2026 St. Patrick’s Day edition of Designer Purse Bingo will take place at the American Legion Tanguay Magill Post 80 in Enfield on the afternoon of March 15.
