On August 10, Asnuntuck Community College in Enfield will host Super Saturday.
The college, located at 170 Elm Street, will have several information offices open from 9am until 2pm. Those offices include advising, registration, admissions, financial aid, and cashier. Offices will offer services through walk-ins. In addition, programs for allied health, licensing for Continuing Education, and manufacturing program advising will be available.
ACC has a program for Advanced Manufacturing Technology that will have an Open House on the same day. The program's center totals 27,000 square feet. Interested parties can tour the center and learn about the program during the Open House. They can also call the office to schedule a tour or to ask questions. Follett's Bookstore at ACC will be open during Super Saturday’s hours.
The morning of Super Saturday at 10am, the college will offer English and Math placement tests and look at ACT and SAT scores. Preregistration is required for the Accuplacer test. It is suggested that students fill out an online Free Application for Federal Student aid, or FAFSA. Asnuntuck Community College's code is 011150.
Those interested in registering for classes but are not available on August 10 can come in any weekday between 8:30am and 4:30pm. Every Wednesday in August along with August 26 and August 27, registration is available until 6:30. The fall semester begins on August 27.
