Winning class about to be taught in Westminster

Keller Williams Preferred Realty’s upcoming Win with Sellers is a one-day interactive class that teaches businesspeople how to build a long-term client base.

The class will be taught by Kato Mitchell, who will be passing on expertise on how to present information and Corporate Gifts to clients.

The class is all about building high business skills, and is mainly aimed at individuals and teams who work in sales. It includes techniques such as building toolkits that are appealing to the target market and converting sales pitches into appointments. The class also covers how to close appointments for listings, as well as how to make market and service listings that attract extremely satisfied clients.

Keller Williams was founded in 1983 by Gary Keller and Joe Williams in Austin, Texas. The pair so under the belief that companies should work for their employees instead of vice versa, and started to franchise four years later. They founders in encouraging client recruitment through profit-sharing. Today, they split their profits 70/30 and have about 800,000 agents working in their 650 locations across the U.S.

Win with Sellers will be at the Ranch Building in Westminster on December 12, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased through Eventbrite. Refunds can be made up to one day before the event.
