Westminster’s Orchard Town Center is rolling out the treats for an array of family-friendly Halloween activities this October.
With trick-or-treating, games, crafts, dance performances and a live DJ all on offer, the all-ages activities also include an opportunity to give to charity through their pumpkin patch and decorating event by donation.
Meanwhile, the “Macabre Market” will run for several hours during the festivities, featuring local artisanal vendors and makers. This is a chance for participants to shop from small businesses in the area.
The “Spooky Sweets Stroll” for children in an open-air promenade as children explore station to station, collecting candy, engaging in carnival games and getting their faces painted.
People are encouraged to show up in their favorite costumes for Halloween, with the likes of Beetlejuice, superheroes and fairies being known to appear. Children and families won’t be the only costumed ones, however, as the entire festival will also feature roaming performers, actors fully in character and in unique uniforms to help entertain the crowds.

The Spooky Sweets Stroll, trick-or-treating and related family activities happen on October 11 from 11 am to 2 pm, while the Macabre Market runs from 11 am to 5 pm that same day, all of which is taking place at the Orchard Town Center at 14697 Delaware St in Westminster.
