Many runners here in Westminster will be adding the 14th annual All-Out Fa La La Half Marathon, 10k or 5k to their holiday festivities.
The flat course for all three runs will be out and backs on the Big Dry Creek Trail. Since there will be no time limits, participants may walk the course, and strollers and dogs are welcome.
Registration for the half marathon is $80.50, the 10k $59.30, and the 5k $48.70. Virtual race options are also available.
Swag will include colorful red, green and white beanies, custom-made finisher medals, personalized race bibs, and free race pictures.
Awards will go to the top three finishers in each age division and to the three swiftest dogs.
The race will have a Fa La La Toy Drive collecting items for Precious Child. Items needed include gift cards, gloves and hats, headphones, sports items, baby toys, dolls, board games and stuffed animals.
Charities that partner with races like this occasionally use flyer printing designed beforehand at local Print shops, and place Flyers at prominent locations around town.
Race packets will be available beginning at 8:00 am on race day. The 10k will begin at 9:20 am, followed by the 10k at 9:35 am. The 5k will start at 9:40 am and awards ceremonies will begin at 10:15 am.
The Fa La La Run will be Saturday, December 6th at 10170 Church Ranch Way.
