All levels of local runners, walkers and joggers are invited to attend the Frolic Brewing 5k coming in mid-August.
The mission of the organizers is to get everyone to have fun, get active, and give back to the community.
Registration is $35 for either the 10:00 am or 10:30 am start wave. Registration that includes the event t shirts sporting this year’s Logo Design will cost $55.
Swag for both types of tickets includes a free beverage at the finish line, seasonal swag or collector’s pint glass, and door prizes like growlers or other Brewery Running Series merchandise. Swag also includes admission to the after party where participants may enjoy food from local food trucks, live music, giveaways, and free goodies such as Promotional Products from event sponsors and partners.
The course will be an open one, which means that roads have not been closed, and runners must follow all traffic regulations and laws. Both the start and end of the race will be at the host brewery, and participants will be passing through the local neighborhood.
Representatives from local nonprofit organizations will be at the event passing out information about their programs, missions, locations, and time of operation. These non-profits will receive 10% of all event proceeds.
Merchandise from the Colorado Brewery Running Series such as hoodies, hats, Drinkware, seasonal items, and shirts will be available for sale at the finish line.
The Frolic Brewing 5k will take place August 19th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at 12910 Zuni Street, #1300.
