Three major bands headed to Westminster neighbor

A trio of legendary bands are on their way to a neighboring town of Westminster in late August.

Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer are uniting for shows they are collectively calling the Hella Mega Tour. These will all feature all three groups, and will be the first tour they have done since the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Due to the ongoing nature, attendees should watch out for what the safety protocols will be at the time.

The venue is the Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, which is an outdoor space, but also has some covered/indoor areas featuring vendors and restrooms. Each band will have its merchandise available at different spaces within the venue, no doubt featuring the relevant group’s Logo Design.

Some of the items not allowed inside the venue are weapons of any kind, illegal drugs or materials to use them, fireworks, stickers, drones, any kind of open flame, grills, tents, kites, spray paint, food, alcohol, and glass containers. For a more detailed list, attendees can check the venue website. Clear water bottles and small Bags are allowed inside, but are subject to search.

The Interrupters will also be featured on the tour as an opening act. Just like the main bands, they will likely have their merchandise available at a marked booth.

The show will take place beginning at 5:30 pm on August 25. Tickets range from $139 to $209, with VIP packages also available, ranging from $429 to $655.
