Restaurants are gearing up to compete for Top Taco of Colorado in Top Taco 2023, coming to Westminster in mid-July.
With 60 eateries competing, festival attendees will be sampling unlimited taco bites and tequila cocktails offered by Denver restaurants, and choosing winners for Top Creative, Traditional, Vegetarian Tacos, and Top Cocktail awards.
Live music will emanate from five stages, and there will be a mezcal tasting tent and creative tequila lounge areas where locally renown mixologists will be serving their concoctions. Free water will be provided at stations situated around the venue.
General admission will be $89 and includes entry at 7:00 pm, unlimited taco and cocktail tasting, beer, wine, Pepsi, and water, and live entertainment.
First Taste tickets are $119 and include a 6:00 pm entry plus the aforementioned amenities. VIP 6:00 pm entry will be $165 and includes all general admission amenities plus a private VIP area featuring live music, special cocktails, and eight chefs will be preparing “surf and turf” tacos. Guests in the VIP area may vote for their choice in a Best Dish category.

Since this will be a rain or shine event, attendees are encouraged to bring rain gear or wear layers depending on the weather. Top Taco will take place Thursday, July 13 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Westminster City Park, 10455 N Sheridan Boulevard.
