Three stars are joining forces to celebrate the holidays with a concert in Loveland.
Christmas Together stars CeCe Winans, Michael W. Smith, and Amy Grant, who will appear at the Blue Federal Credit Union Arena.
CeCe Winans is a beloved gospel singer who has won 18 Grammys and numerous other awards. RIAA has certified the fact that she has sold 19 million records, which makes her one of the all-time best-selling gospel singers. She started her career as half of the BeBe & CeCe Winans gospel duo, who were certified double platinum sellers, and went solo from there.
Michael W. Smith has won three Grammys, 45 Dove Awards, and an American Music Award. He has been called the “cornerstone of Christian Music,” and has 14 albums that were certified Gold. A songwriter, he wrote a song for Amy Grant and then began opening for her.
Amy Grant first became known for her work in Christian music but made the breakthrough into the mainstream with songs like “Baby, Baby,” and “Father’s Eyes.” Her 1991 album “Heart in Motion” was on the top of the billboard Christian chart for 32 weeks.
Concert attendees can expect to hear Christmas classics as well as the hits each star is known for. The performance is scheduled for December 8 at 7.00 pm, and the arena is located at 5290 Arena Circle in Loveland. The doors open at 6.00 pm.
