Date set for Lovelands Paint and Shred Event

Living a more sustainable lifestyle doesn't have to be a complicated process, and a Loveland activity will help to keep unwanted materials out of area waste disposal systems.

The city has scheduled its 2025 Paint and Shred Event for the end of September, and the activity is slated for Forge Campus. Local residents can take advantage of the offer by stopping by during its four-hour run time, and it’s free of charge.

Those interested can drop off their unused paint as well as items for shredding. The documents will be securely destroyed, and the shredding service and unwanted paint pickup will be available in the venue’s east parking lot. The entry point will be located on South Colorado Avenue. Paints should be in their original containers, and those up to 5 gallons in size will be accepted. Up to five bags or boxes can be shredded.

Fall is a common time for tackling household can up projects, and communities may choose to hoist disposal days and other activities during these months. Community guides can be prepared by a brochure printing company to distribute so that the public will know what is on the way for their hometown.

Loveland will be offering its combination shredding and paint disposal day on September 27th. It will run from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
