Oktoberfest to return to Longmont

The annual beer celebration is set to return to Longmont this September.

The two-day event is titled ‘Left Hand Oktoberfest’. It will offer residents two days of fun activities, games, and premium craft beer. The Oktoberfest events are titled after the European counterpart, which features beer and adult drinking games throughout the event. For this staging of the festival, the theme will focus on a celebration of German culture and traditions.

Guests are invited to don their dirndls and lederhosen while enjoying Left Hand's Oktoberfest Märzen lager, brats, pretzels, and more from local food trucks. Attendees can look forward to an atmosphere filled with live music, polka dancing, contests, and treats. This family-friendly event offers free admission for children 12 and under. For safety reasons, dogs will not be allowed. Attendees can bring their own lawn chairs, blankets, and sealed non-alcoholic beverages. The Garden will provide a selection of drinks, but outside alcohol is prohibited.

The cost for tickets to the event will vary depending on the day of the event chosen. Daily tickets begin at $5. Ticket purchases are available on the events’ listing on Eventbrite.

Banner printing can be a great way for organizers to add a unique design to the setup at events like this one.

The event will take place on September 29 and 30 at The Garden, 1245 Boston Avenue, Longmont. Start times will vary each day.
