Happy Days Hangs is a Longmont initiative that ensures all community members feel valued and included, and it will be celebrating the Halloween season with a special event.
The organizers have invited anyone who would like to join the fun to attend its October party, which will have a Halloween theme. As it is intended to help foster independence and self advocacy, caregivers are encouraged to treat it as a drop off activity, however, they may remain on site if absolutely needed.
The guests can choose to come in costume, and there will be a chance to make a craft, games, snacks and time to hang out with friends and make new ones too. There will be staff and volunteers on hand,and the function is for those age 18 and up. Anyone who has never attended one of the Happy Days Hangs before will need to fill out a waiver and consent from, and it will be on offer at Happy Days Plants. Tickets are $15.00 each, and a scholarship program is available.
Opportunities for inclusion can be valuable to the disabled members of a community, and a brochure printing company can supply an assortment of materials that may help ensure an event is a success.
