Heat pumps the focus of Longmont presentation

A local presentation will introduce an innovative form of heating and cooling technology to the public.

Longmont Public Library will be offering a presentation that will cover heat pumps, including their installation, care, and maintenance. It may be helpful for those who are considering installing one or more in their home or other property, as well as anyone who is simply curious about them.

The activity will include a moderated panel that welcomes several presenters from agencies such as Efficiency Works, Go Electric Colorado, and Boulder County. Everyone will find out how heat pumps can provide both heating and cooling options while potentially being energy efficient. Tips for accessing rebate programs will be provided, and the audience may ask any question they have.

To thank the attendees, the organizers will distribute free efficiency kits to the first 20 people to take a seat. Promotional Products for an activity can be ordered from local Print shops, which can offer both ready-made and bespoke options.

Longmont residents who would like to learn more about heat pumps and whether or not they are right for their home are welcome to register now for this presentation, which is scheduled for Monday, April 6. It will begin at 5:30 pm at 409 4th Avenue and will run for one and a half hours.
