Longmont's ghosts and goblins will not have to wait much longer for a special day that will be filled with spinetingling fun.
The community is set to welcome the return of its Halloween Parade, and everyone is encouraged to get involved as either a walker or spectator. After the procession is over, everyone will be able to do some trick or treating at the businesses along Main Street, and all ages can take part.
The line-up for the parade will take place in Roosevelt Park at 700 Longs Peak Avenue, and once everyone is organized, it will be time to head out. The planners explained that, while the current plan is for the route to follow along Main street to 3rd Avenue, this may need to be adjusted as the date draws closer. As there will likely be fun photo ops, everyone is reminded to bring their camera.
This sort of community activity often presents opportunities for a city’s businesses to get involved. Brochure printers will be able to prepare sponsorship packages outlining the perks that go along with doing so.
The 2021 Longmont Halloween Parade and Trick or Treat street will be putting a smile on faces on October 30. The line-up for the parade will be at 9:45 am, and it will hit the road at 10:00 am.
