The town of Longmont, Colorado will host a fundraising dinner this September.
The event is to celebrate the achievements of the Social Venture Partners (SVP) Boulder County through its local work. The SVP specializes in offering assistance and support to other local non-profits and their causes.
It does this by maintaining fundraising initiatives that allow community members to contribute monetarily, and working closely alongside these groups to implement their plans and programs. The funds from this event will be put towards expanding the SVP's current programs.
The event will be a dinner courtesy of the Ollin Farms, and offers attendees the fresh taste of farm-to-table for their meals. Patrons can also look forward to live musical entertainment from Dan Shafer, who is well-known as an artist, performer, and songwriter, and might be recognized for his appearance on season 11 of The Voice.
Tickets to the event will be $25 each. Those unable to attend are free to make a donation to the organization via its website.
