Cinco de Mayo celebration offers festivities in Longmont

Longmont residents looking for a space and place to celebrate Mexican culture and independence are in luck, as a Cinco de Mayo celebration is coming to town.

The Longmont Celebrates Cinco de Mayo 2025 event is getting ready to welcome a large crowd to join in the festivities. It will be the 22nd annual iteration of the celebration, and organizers expect many vendors and artisans to attend and share their goods with visitors.

The goal of the event is to bring diverse communities from around Longmont to celebrate Mexican culture while allowing attendees to learn and grow together. Banner printing is a colorful way to promote such events, welcome registered guests, and help event sponsors build brand awareness within the community.

Longmont Celebrates Cinco de Mayo is organizing this year’s festival. It will be a family-friendly environment that is tobacco and alcohol free, and has the goal of being a zero-waste event to help the environment. Guests can expect music and dance performances. Organizers are also seeking more vendors to set up booths and add to the visitor experience on the day.

The celebrations will be held at Roosevelt Park in downtown Longmont on Saturday, May 3, with attendees welcome to arrive at 11:00 AM. Vendor spots cost $80 per booth, and general admission tickets are free.
