Fujii Kaze is a pianist and singer/songwriter from Satoshō, Okayama Prefecture, who began his entry into music at age 12, when he started covering pop songs on the piano and uploading them to YouTube. In 2019, Fujii dropped “Nan-Nan,” his debut single, on Hehn Records.
He released “Help Ever Hurt Never,” his debut album, in 2020. It climbed to the No. 1 position on Billboard Japan’s Hot Albums chart, got No. 2 spot on the Oricon Albums Chart, and the Japanese recording industry certified it Gold. The album spawned "Shinunoga E-Wa,” and the song brought Fujii’s first recognition outside his own country.
In 2022, Fujii released “Love All Serve All,” his second studio album. It hit the to of the albums chart of both Oricon and Billboard Japan and won Platinum certification in Japan. The lead single from the album, “Kirari,” went to No. 2 on the Japan Hot 100 chart, and was rated triple-platinum in Japan for streaming. The artist released singles in 2023 and 2024 and toured outside Japan. A review says:
